Refugee Integration Study

The purpose of this study is to understand the intersection of faith or religion and volunteer associations, specifically refugee integration organizations. This study seeks to understand the motivations of participation in faith-based humanitarian organizations and the effects of particpation on both attitudes towards the recipient group and the volunteer's relationship with faith or religion. The findings of this study will be relevant for organizations that seek to improve recruitment or retention of volunteers for humanitarian causes.
