Feeding Tool Study

The purpose of this study is to test a tool that speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists can use when they assess preterm infants with feeding delays and disorders.

Age & Gender

  • 6 months ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Location

North Carolina (Statewide)

What will be asked of you

We will ask you to record a video of your child eating at home and securely upload for view by 2 speech pathologists and 2 occupational therapists.

Incentives

$20 gift card

Total length of participation:
3 hours

Looking for Healthy Volunteers

Requirements for healthy volunteers are different than for those with a specific condition. If you are interested in becoming a healthy volunteer for this study, use the below categories to determine if you are able to participate.

Able to participate:

  • You are a parent of preterm infant who has had a feeding evaluation in the past 6 months
  • OR you are a Speech Language Pathologist
  • OR you are an Occupational Therapist

Not eligible if:

  • None
