The goal of this study is to evaluate medical student experiences and knowledge after participating in N-648 refugee clinics.

This qualitative study seeks to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on digital projects conducted by special collections libraries at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University. Specifically, this research will utilize case studies to analyze the shift to digital resources following the closure of universities in the spring of 2020, and compare this data to the current operations of special collections libraries at both a public and private university.

In this project we are interested in how reputations affect international cooperation. In particular, we are interested in studying how the cost of cooperation changes for countries who fail to uphold their international commitments. We anticipate that this happens via two mechanisms. The first is direct: a change in beliefs about the state's reliability in the eyes of other countries. The second is indirect: a concern that failing to punish a state for non-cooperative behavior will invite more non-cooperative behavior in the future. States, we suspect, are thus concerned with developing a reputation for tolerating non-cooperative behavior. We use survey experiments on the US public and elites to study these questions.

The purpose of this research study is to measure whether people are biased in terms of how quickly or slowly they respond to members of different social groups.

This study relies on the knowledge of recreational shark fishers and SCUBA divers in North Carolina to further understand coastal shark ecology and to learn about fishing effort and diver observation effort. This research will help further our understanding on the abundance and distribution of data-limited coastal sharks. In addition, we believe this will help increase our understanding of the North Carolina recreational shark fishery.

The purpose of this study is to learn about middle-aged and older women's experiences with dance, especially in relation to body image, mood, and self-concept.

The study will investigate how selected religious student organizations provide spiritual and social/emotional supports to undergraduates as they navigate the academic and social challenges inherent in college.

Health literacy is the ability for individuals to read and understand health information in order to make health decisions. The American Medical Association recommends that patient information guides are written at or below a sixth grade reading level. However previous studies have found that most patient educational material in urogynecology are written above the recommended sixth grade reading level. The purpose of this research study is to see if patients are better able to better understand informational handouts written at above a sixth-grade reading level compared to informational handouts written below a sixth-grade reading level.
