Health care professionals across the state are invited to apply to participate in the Maternal Mental Health Fellowship. Participants (Fellows) will complete pre- and post- training surveys, including feedback surveys after each session to assess satisfaction with the trainings as well as changes in knowledge, confidence, and comfort as it relates to perinatal mental health.

To collect quantitative data to: -Primarily gain a better understanding of patients' attitudes and preferences regarding end-of-life care management if they were to develop a high-risk skin cancer. To be more specific, we hope to gain a better understanding of how patients weigh their risk of developing skin cancer while taking immunosuppressants versus the risk of transplant rejection should they choose to stop or lower their immunosuppressants. -Determine how far these kidney transplant recipients travel to obtain skin-related care -Determine how frequently kidney transplant recipients obtain skin exams -Determine patients' baseline knowledge regarding risk of skin cancer while taking immunosuppressants, which are medicines that lowers immune systems -Determine the quality of life of individuals with skin cancer who are kidney transplant recipients

We are asking to interview South Asian and Southeast Asians living in the United States on their experiences with birth, postpartum care, and menstrual management. We want to know how culture and religion can impact how we experience these life changing moments and how the medical team can best support South Asian and Southeast Asian patients during these times.

This study focuses on how communities near the coast deal with frequent but shallow flooding. We focus on small towns in Carteret County, NC, where families have lived for a long time. We want to talk to residents here to understand how they see their quality of life changing as flooding increases. We also want to see if their tolerance for this type of flooding changes depending on how bad it is and which areas are affected. By talking to residents and modeling flooding, we hope to characterize how livable this place may be in the future considering these floods.

We are interviewing physicians working in corrections to better understand professional issues they face in providing care in these settings.

To survey a population of older adults receiving primary care at the UNC Geriatrics Specialty Clinic and characterize: their perceived reasons for using MyChart, frequency with which they communicate using MyChart, their perceptions of how MyChart should be used in clinical care, and their perceptions of the benefits and limitations of using MyChart in clinical care.
