This study was created to help improve internal medicine residents' confidence and skill at conducting goals of care conversations, including end-of-life discussions by giving more regular feedback. Improving this skill will help residents take better care of patients.
Black women in the United States disproportionately experience adverse maternal health outcomes across income and education levels compared to women of other racial and ethnic groups. Still, there is limited knowledge about Black immigrants in the U.S. Black immigrants will make up about a third of the U.S. Black population by 2060. There is urgency in supporting their pregnancy and birthing outcomes. This study will conduct secondary analyses of existing data and also focus groups with Black immigrant birthing people to identify factors in the health care system that can support optimal pregnancy and birthing outcomes.

This is a Phase 2 Crossover Study of On Demand PrEP Formulations Comparing Rectal and Oral TFV-Based PrEP
This study is looking to obtain information from the prospective of patients with systemic sclerosis related to nutritional challenges. Our hope is to better record the thoughts and perspectives of patients living with systemic sclerosis to determine barriers to nutrition needs. The initial assessment will involve in-depth interviews with patients about food availability, food insecurity, food aversions, and diet quality to understand their perspectives and concerns related to systemic sclerosis.
The purpose of this study is to compare effects of the study drug fosmanogepix with already-approved drugs caspofungin and fluconazole to find out if fosmanogepix is safe and effective in treating patients with candidemia and/or invasive candidiasis.
