The purpose for this study is to assess attitudes before and after completing an educational opportunity that helps dental students and dental hygiene students prepare for their careers. This will be done by allowing them to build strong resumes and cover letters, meeting experienced employers from various dental practice settings, and practicing interviewing skills through mock interviews.
