The purpose of the current study is to explore the knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, and practices (KAP) of college students towards sustainable diets at a southern state university in the US. In addition, the study aims to examine potential determinants influencing students' dietary practices.

Contaminants in Breastmilk Study

We are collecting breastmilk samples to study the amounts and kinds of chemical contaminants in human milk to understand how infants can be exposed through breastfeeding. We are also trying to identify factors that may contribute to greater amounts of these chemicals in milk.
