The purpose of this work is to address institutional administrative capacity with input from UNC Chapel Hill and North Carolina Central University post-doctoral fellows and faculty to better understand experiences associated with previous research collaborations and assess perceived benefits and barriers to developing research capacity among investigators from under-represented minority groups.
We are assess the utility of using a required doctor badge insert along with normal physician name tags to help patients and staff more accurately identify physicians.
