Using a semi-structured interview guide, we will conduct formative interviews to better understand nurses' and medical assistants' roles in HPV vaccination.
The purpose of this study is to understand the behaviors and attitudes related to online grocery shopping among parents with children age 1-5 years old. The aim is to develop online food retail nudges to discourage fruit drink purchases and promote healthier substitutes. The ultimate goal is to decrease consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages in childhood as these are associated with increased risk of diet-related chronic diseases, such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.

This study aims to explore Gen Z consumers' purchase behavior on TikTok with a concentration on their care for the environment. The belief that Gen Z is the most important audience to TikTok as it continues to evolve into an E-Commerce app grounds this research, which will seek to answer the following two main questions: Are Generation Z consumers experiencing cognitive dissonance due to fashion purchases made on TikTok? This study aims to explore community attitudes towards transitions from fossil fuels to renewable energy production in La Guajira, Colombia. Findings from this research will contribute to greater understanding of what justice in energy systems looks like from community perspectives. The research will also contribute to analysis of just transitions theory in the context of low-and-middle-income countries.
This project will examine the effects of a comprehensive intervention that blends financial, advising, and social supports on outcomes for students at public 4-year institutions who have transferred from community colleges. The transfer, accelerate, complete, engage (TrACE) intervention will take place at several UNC System universities. Two cohorts of students will be offered access to the TrACE program-the first starting in Fall 2022 and the second starting in Fall 2023. TrACE supports last for two years. The research team will explore the effects of access to TrACE on long-run outcomes such as degree completion (2-year and 3-year rates).
