The UNC ESOP will be conducting job analysis survey in attempt to define the role of a pharmacy administrator & leader. The purpose of this research study is to survey existing pharmacy administrators and leaders to assess tasks performed by the pharmacists specializing in administration & leadership within broad domains of practice, and to identify specialized beyond licensure knowledge bases needed to perform these tasks. By assessing the core competencies for pharmacy administration & leadership training this will not only allow for the subspecialized area of pharmacy administration & leadership to be better defined but assist in further curriculum development & validation for the UNC ESOP Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science with a Specialization in Health System Pharmacy Administration Program. This job analysis will assist in improving education opportunities to educate tomorrows pharmacy administrators and leaders at UNC ESOP and nationwide.

We would like to help patients identify what is important to them, i.e., their values, and support communicating that to their caregivers and healthcare providers. We are trying to create a tool that will make it easier to share what is most important to patients with metastatic breast cancer and their caregivers, with the patient's oncology healthcare provider.
This mixed- methods study examines the impact and cost-effectiveness of a high dosage tutoring model for 4th grade math in a district with a proven track record of success in implementing such a model. High dosage tutoring is defined as frequent (three or more sessions per week), small group (three or four students per tutor) tutoring conducted during the school day by an adult who has been trained to deliver instruction that helps students meet grade level standards. This study will allow local, state, and national practitioners and policymakers to weigh the costs and benefits of two different approaches to delivering tutoring: a whole grade model and a targeted tutoring model.

The purpose of this study is to adapt GO-NAPSACC for children with Down syndrome. GO-NAPSACC helps families improve nutrition and physical activity for their preschoolers. We aim to adapt the program for families with children with Down syndrome.
