The SELIGO study assesses perceptions of HIV treatment - including long acting injectable antiretroviral therapy (LAI ART) - among people living with HIV infection (PLWH) and HIV healthcare providers (HCPs) to develop strategies and tools to facilitate shared decision-making by patients and provider considering HIV therapy options.
We are interested in learning more about what concerns and challenges are being experienced by people with eating disorders during the COVID19 pandemic. We hope that answers to our survey questions will help provide information that can benefit people with eating disorders and the clinicians that provide treatment to them.
The purpose is to better understand the function of newly identified genes that when mutated cause the disease primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD), or clinical disorders that share clinical features of PCD. PCD is a rare disease that is caused by defects in the structure or function of cilia that move mucus and inhaled foreign material, including bacteria and viruses, out of the airways. By understanding how the proteins encoded by these genes function and how this function is altered in disease, we may be able to improve the treatments available for PCD and other airway diseases.
The purpose of the study is to use a diagnostic evaluation and genetic testing to confirm a diagnosis of Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD) or Primary Immune Deficiencies (PID) in subjects who have presented with suppurative lung disease.

The purpose of this study is to implant abnormal human parathyroid glands into mice to be used to test agents that might allow better imaging of parathyroid glands. This may improve the surgery that is sometimes required for abnormal parathyroid glands.
The purpose for this research study is to learn more about PCD through the creation of a secure electronic clinical registry. Through this registry, researchers will be able to follow people living with PCD over time to learn more about how PCD affects people's health and the treatment people take.
This is a study being conducted at many sites across the US to evaluate patients who are older than 50 years old, who have sudden bleeding in the brain (intracerebral hemorrhage) while taking a statin medication. It is unclear if continuing to take a statin medication after this type of injury can increase the risk of another hemorrhage, stroke or cardiac event. This study will assign patients to 1 of 2 groups. One group will continue the statin medication they were taking previously. The other group will discontinue the statin medication. Both groups will be followed for 2 years to see if they have any additional medical events.
