This project will investigate the experiences of dual-career academic couples regarding their navigation of the academic job market and their management of two research careers.

These projects will be about 3 studies that would need more or less total time and work the practice staff would need to do.l

You are being asked to take part in a research study because you are between the ages of 18 and 26 and are a resident of the United States.
