The purpose of this research study is to examine the intrinsic factors that motivate individuals to exercise. Psychological empowerment is based on four cognitions: competence, meaning, impact, and choice. You are being asked to take part in a research study because you are between the ages of 18 and 26 and are a resident of the United States.
