The purpose of this study is to test whether the combination treatment of ONC201 and Atezolizumab is safe for the treatment of endometrial cancer.

Have you been diagnosed with colon cancer? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study looking to find out what kind of chemotherapy to recommend to patients based on the presence or absence of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) after surgery for colon cancer and if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for your colon cancer.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about how an investigational drug (tarlatamab) works in people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. In this study, we want to learn more about its safety and tolerability (effects good or bad) when used in combination with one of two other drugs (atezolizumab or durvalumab). We also want to learn more about the combination of the study drug with either atezolizumab or durvalumab and carboplatin and etopopside.

This is a study for people diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Myelodysplastic Syndromes who are receiving treatment with hypomethylating agents and Venetoclax. Specifically, we want to learn more about nutrition, eating, and mealtimes for older adults (age 60+) with these conditions and their care partners. Care partners can be a spouse, family member, or friend helping a patient with AML/MDS. We want to understand nutrition, eating, and mealtimes over time throughout the first two cycles of treatment. We also want to learn more about the quality of life for patients and care partners.

We are conducting a research study to use graded exposure and mobile mindfulness meditation to address clinical outcomes in individuals 6-months to 10-years post-ACLR. This will help develop effective treatments to improve outcomes after ACLR. This study will last 5 weeks. Compensation provided.

We want to learn how people's brains adapt when responding to various food stimuli and decision-making processes. We also want to learn about brain responses to food and beverage consumption. To do this, we will use taste tests, surveys, behavioral tasks, and neuroimaging (fMRI scan).

Leveraging our decades of experience studying the acute and chronic effects of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and concussion, our investigative team propose an innovative, translational approach that bridges both preclinical and clinical studies. We propose testing multiple potential preventative and therapeutic strategies in the preclinical setting, while simultaneously conducting a prospective, longitudinal study of neurologic health outcomes associated with concussion and sub-concussive exposure in former NFL players.
