We are interested in understanding current use of and attitudes towards measurement-base care among behavioral health providers.

The purpose of the study is to 1) determine how many people will respond to follow up surveys about knee function, and 2) estimate relationships between lower extremity strength, walking movement, and knee images within 1 year after ACLR surgery with surveys about knee function 4-10 years after surgery.

I am interested in understanding how George Floyd Square came to be. I am also interested in learning how the South Minneapolis community organizes to resist police violence. This project contributes to decolonization scholarship by theorizing, through the example of South Minneapolis, forced migration and containment as colonial policies that are enforced through policing and that produce literal and social death for racialized Others.

The purpose of this study is to understand individuals experiences in supervisory and leadership roles in organizations. Leaders may engage in a variety of behaviors at work. The goal is to understand how these differing behaviors influence how leaders perceive their image that, then, influences their subsequent behaviors--of them engaging in effective leader interactions with employees and ineffective leader interactions with employees. The purpose of this research study is to assess and compare patient education on clinical trials delivered through a mobile application and brochure handouts. The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of the mobile app in educating and engaging individuals with lupus about clinical trials.

Core concepts within disciplines of science have allowed educators to teach the most foundational and critical knowledge efficiently, and students to obtain essential skills and knowledge required for a given discipline. Recent decades have seen many science disciplines applying and confirming the benefits of core concepts. However, there is limited research on the core concepts of healthcare administration and leadership, especially within pharmacy. Consequently, the lack of consensus on core concepts prevents consistency among training programs teaching pharmacy administration and leadership (PAL). Given the increasing value of didactic training for PAL and attributes within training programs such as MS degrees for pharmacy, a set of core concepts must be well defined to assist with didactic PAL training. In the world of rapidly evolving medical services, technologies, and policies, strong PAL skills can lead to advanced global health and the alleviation of some of the world's most pressing healthcare challenges
