Do you have metastatic hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative Breast cancer for which surgery is not an option? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study looking at the safety and efficacy of a new drug called BLU-222 either alone or in combination with therapies including ribociclib and fulvestrant.
Have you been diagnosed with Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study investigating the optimal way to combine or sequence therapies in patients with renal cell cancer with bone metastasis.

Do you have AML or MDS and are not eligible to receive intensive chemotherapy? Are you looking for another treatment option? In this study, we want to see if the study drug, SL-172154, works better alone or in combination azacitidine or with azacitidine and venetoclax.
Do you havepolycythemia vera (PV)? If you need to start therapy or your currently therapy is not controlling your PV, you may be able to take part in this research study to find out if a new drug can help normalize your blood count.
Have you been diagnosed with pleural fluid, and have been referred for a pleural fluid drainage? If so, you may be able to participate in a research registry to help us learn more about lung cancer.
Do you have advanced lung cancer and are you receiving lung cancer treatment or monitoring at UNC Cancer Hospital? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study to help us understand how monitoring your symptoms at home right after your lung cancer diagnosis could impact your quality of care and the likelihood of returning to the hospital.
Have you ever been diagnosed with HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer and had disease progression after receiving at least one type of therapy? If so you may be eligible for a clinical trial that tests niraparib in combination with trastuzumab.
Have you ever been diagnosed with metastatic triple negative breast cancer and received 2 or less lines of chemotherapy for your metastatic disease? If so you may be eligible for a trial to evaluate different treatment combination with avelumab for your metastatic breast cancer.
Have you been diagnosed with Advanced Prostate Cancer? If so, you may be able to take part in an International Registry for Men.
