Zoster Burden of Eye Disease

The purpose of this research study is to study the costs and health-related impacts of shingles eye disease.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Location

North Carolina (Statewide)

What will be asked of you

5 phone surveys

Incentives

$5 for each phone survey completed ($25 gift card maximum)

In-person visits : 1
Phone or online visits : 5
Total length of participation : 12 months

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • Diagnosis of shingles eye disease
  • English or Spanish speaking
  • Willing and able to respond to telephone surveys

Not eligible if:

  • Currently participating in another shingles eye clinical trial
