A Phase 1/2 Multiple Expansion Cohort Trial of MRTX849 in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors with KRAS G12C Mutation

The main purpose of this study is to determine how much MRTX849 can safely be administered to people. This will include looking at what side effects occur and how often they occur.
