BandPass: A Remote Monitoring System for Strength

Our research team has created a Bluetooth enabled resistance exercise band (BandPass) and a corresponding workout 'app' to help older adults' strength train at home. The purpose of this research project is to help develop an algorithm that can distinguish between an exercise performed correctly and incorrectly. This will allow older adults to improve their form and optimize the therapeutic benefit of exercising.
