We want to understand if two medicines together can help people with kidney problems feel better. This study checks if using both can improve health for those with this condition.
During each visit, you'll talk with a team member about your health and medications. We'll check your vitals. Some visits will include getting a rituximab infusion, having belimumab or a placebo injected under your skin, collecting urine, and completing some questionnaires.
You'll get $50 each time you visit except for the 2 rituximab infusion days reimbursed $120 each , We'll pay you back for gas milage
