This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of Tezepelumab injections as a treatment for EoE.

What will be asked of you

At each visit, you will meet the study team at UNC Hospital to receive the study drug or placebo injection. The assessments needed at each visit vary, but generally consist of; blood draw, ECG, vital signs, and questionnaires.

Incentives

$54 for each in person visit, Travel reimbursement (0.66 per mile)

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

You have been diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE)

Not eligible if:

You have other GI conditions (Crohn's Disease, ulcerative colitis, IBD/IBS, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, etc
Are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant within the next 2 years
Active liver disease
history of allergic reaction to vaccines or other biologics
