ComBET Trial: a Study in Patients with Molecularly-Selected Solid Tumors

This is a Phase 2 clinical trial to test the response of the drug combination of ZEN003694 and Talazoparib. In this study, we want to learn whether this combination works to slow the growth of cancer.

What will be asked of you

Before participating in the study, you will need to have an eye exam. After agreeing to participate and take the study medication, you will come in for scheduled visits. These visits may include a physical exam, blood draw, EKGs, scans, and other tests to determine the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. Also, you will be required to keep a drug diary documenting each dose you take.

Until disease progression or voluntary withdrawal

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have a tumor that is metastatic or unresectable
  • You have a tumor that can be biopsied with minimal risk
  • You have previously used at least 1 line of systematic therapy
  • You agree to approved methods of contraceptives prior to participation

Not eligible if:

  • You are participating in another research study.
  • You have a history of allergic reaction to the study agent or ingredients
  • You are unable to swallow pills
  • You have an active infection that requires IV antibiotics
  • Other uncontrolled illnesses
