PD-1 blocker and gene therapy study for patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma

To estimate the objective response rate and progression free survival of anti-PD-1 therapy after progression on CD30 CAR-T cell therapy.

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)
  • Visits can be combined with regular clinical appointments

What will be asked of you

You will be scheduled to receive standard of care anti-PD-1 therapy. You will be seen in clinic for visits that may include infusions, lab tests, imaging, or biopsies.

In-person visits:
1 year for treatment and initial follow-up, long term follow-up for 15 years
Phone or online visits:
Visits can be combined with regular clinical appointments
Total length of participation:
12 weeks of treatment and follow-up

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • Confirmed diagnosis of relapsed/refractory Hodgkin lymphoma after at least 3 lines of prior therapy with clinical progression after CAR-T therapy
  • You have previously been treated with anti-PD-1 therapy before your prior CAR-T therapy
  • Relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma
  • Your plan for treatment includes starting on anti-PD-1 therapy (Nivolumab, Pembrolizumab, etc)
  • Willing to provide blood samples

Not eligible if:

  • You have received anti-CD30 CAR-T within 6 weeks
  • Not considered an acceptable candidate for anti-PD-1 therapy, as decided by study doctor
  • Received chemotherapy or anti-PD-1 therapy following CD30 CAR-T (if Arm 1)
