An Acute Leukemia Study

The purpose of this study is to find out if treatment with the study drug, Bexmarilimab, along with standard of care can help with your type of cancer.

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

What will be asked of you

If you decide to take part in this study, the study drug is given to you as an infusion into your vein. You can expect to have study visits on-site where you meet with a member of the study team and blood will be drawn, Bone marrow biopsy and/or aspiration are collected throughout the study. You will be asked questions about your health and other medications. A study team member will also assess the effect of your cancer on how well you perform activities of daily living.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia or acute myeloid leukemia
  • You are not in another clinical study
  • You can receive study drug infusions

Not eligible if:

  • You are pregnant or expecting
  • You are participating in another clinical study
  • You have HIV, active Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C virus
