Study for Blood Cancer

In this study, we want to find out if a new study drug (ASTX727) is effective in treating blood cancer.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

Location

United States (Nationwide)

What will be asked of you

Subjects will have EKG, blood draws, physical exams, height and weight, vital signs, bone marrow and DNA swabs at certain visits.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have a Diagnosis of Leukemia
  • At least 18 years of age
  • You have good liver, kidney, and heart function
  • You are able to swallow pills

Not eligible if:

  • You have a history of Brain Cancer
  • You have a history of Sickle Cell Anemia
  • You have a disease requiring IV therapy
  • You have an active infection
