What will be asked of you

The first survey will have you select a colleague you may barely know. Then, you will be asked to reach out to the selected colleague to invite them for coffee and enroll in the study. The study team will provide an email template. Once the colleague reaches out to the study team (and completes the first survey), you both will receive an email to arrange a time for the in-person coffee meetup at a location of your choosing. You will be asked to complete an online pre-meetup survey. The after the coffee meetup, you both (independently) will be asked to complete a survey about your experience.
