Phase 1/1b study for people with advanced or metastatic cancer

In this study, we want to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of a drug called JANX008 in people with advanced or metastatic cancer. This is a study for people with non-small cell lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, colorectal cancer, or renal cell carcinoma.

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

What will be asked of you

At each visit, you will receive the study drug via an IV. You will also be asked to complete various questionnaires, complete vitals, and discuss your well-being during visits.

Until disease progression

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have adequate bone marrow, kidney, liver, and lung function.
  • Patients who have no standard treatment options available

Not eligible if:

  • Active brain or leptomeningeal metastasis.
  • Radiation therapy with treatment intent within the past 28 days
  • Major surgery within 28 days of enrollment
  • Active, uncontrolled bacterial, fungal, or viral infection
