Targeted lifestyle change (TLC) group prenatal care for women at high risk for gestational diabetes

The purpose of this study is to find out if a type of group prenatal care focused on lifestyle changes can help improve the health of pregnant people who are at risk of developing diabetes in pregnancy, compared to regular, one-on-one prenatal care. We will follow patients through their pregnancy and for 12 weeks after giving birth to see if TLC group care leads to better health for both mothers and babies.
