Pilot study to assess and improve quality of 2D and 3D non-invasive diagnostic ultrasound imaging

To develop the sonographic techniques optimal for scanning of different organs (for example, lungs) in patients of different habitus using quantitative image quality metrics.

Participation involves: A single laboratory visit Weighing and height measurement Being scanned with non-invasive ultrasound

Looking for Healthy Volunteers

Requirements for healthy volunteers are different than for those with a specific condition. If you are interested in becoming a healthy volunteer for this study, use the below categories to determine if you are able to participate.

Able to participate:

  • 21 years and older
  • Have no known lung and heart diseases
  • Are not pregnant

Not eligible if:

  • Younger than 21 year
  • Have known lung or heart diseases
  • Are pregnant
