Study about prebiotics in healthy adults

In this study, we want to learn more about prebiotics and how they affect the gut health of adults. Specifically, we're interested in two different types of prebiotics. We will see if there are any differences in our gut when healthy adults take either of these prebiotics or a fake pill. Findings from this study may help us see if these prebiotics might be better for adult health.

You will then be asked to take a prebiotic daily and record your diet for one month. This is followed by two brief weekly calls (virtual) to ask about any symptoms you may be having.
