Caffeine for infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Caffeine is a drug that may reduce brain injury in the setting of a disease called hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. This is a research study to determine the most appropriate and safest dose of caffeine in infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
