Leukemia Treatment Study

In this study, we are trying to figure out how much of the anti-cancer drug SNDX-5613 works best with regular chemotherapy for treating a type of leukemia called acute myeloid leukemia. We are also looking at how this drug reacts with certain genes (NPM1 and MLL) to help us pick the right dose for treating patients in the future.
