D.I.G. D.E.E.P. to Address Post-Pandemic Learning Lag - A Learning Recovery Model for All Students

Since the onset of COVID-19 in 2020, students in North Carolina and throughout the world have suffered learning lags particularly in mathematics. Declines in overall proficiency scores of most student subgroups have been reported nationwide. Local efforts to recover learning have yielded minimal gains over the past three years, and this study seeks to uncover the secret to successful supplemental education program models that help to increase academic gains for underachieving student subgroups in mathematics.
