Social Connections in Older Autistic and Neurotypical Adults Study

The goal of this study is to understand how community and social connections may serve as protective factors for suicidal thoughts and behaviors in autistic and non-autistic individuals ages 65 and older. We aim to understand how both in-person and online social connections are associated with suicidal thoughts and behaviors. While a history of mental health concerns is required to participate in this study, a history of suicidal thoughts and behaviors is not required.
