The goal of the ABACUS-HIV Study is to learn about things that make it easier or more difficult for people with HIV to take their cholesterol medication consistently. WHAT WILL YOU BE ASKED TO DO? Be interviewed for 60-75 minutes in clinic or by phone; All your responses will be confidential; Participants will be compensated $50. WHO CAN JOIN? People living with HIV; At least 18 years old; Prescribed a cholesterol medication called a statin; Can speak English; Have agreed to be in the HIV clinic database at UNC.
