Mind and Body Responses after ACL Surgery

In this study, we want to learn more about injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), which is a serious knee injury that often needs surgery to fix. The goal of the surgery is to help people get back to playing sports and staying active without being afraid of getting hurt again. This fear affects how people move, think, and feel. We want to find out how these changes in thinking, feeling, and moving are connected in people after ACL surgery.
