ALAMERE - NSI-8226-201

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of the research medicine, solrikitug, with a placebo to find out which is better for treating eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) in adult patients. The purpose is to see if the research medicine helps improve EoE symptoms: dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), tissue inflammation, clinical symptoms and quality of life.

  • 18 years ~ 75 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

What will be asked of you

At each visit, you will meet with a member of the study team to monitor your health, collect blood, and complete questionnaires. There are two study-Endoscopies (where a camera looks inside your throat for any problems). During the study treatment, you will come into the clinic for study medicine administration every 4 weeks.

  • eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE)
  • Current trouble swallowing

Not eligible if:

  • Unwilling to complete study activities
