In this study, we will find out if a new experimental pill called ropidoxuridine can help improve the treatment of a brain cancer called IDH-Wildtype Glioblastoma. We want to see how well it works when used with radiation therapy.
You will meet with the study team to sign the consent form and conduct eligibility tests. If you are eligible, you will take a set dose of ropidoxuridine. You will take this medication every weekday for 7 weeks while receiving radiation therapy. Your tumor will be checked with scans. After finishing treatment, you will follow up with your physician in clinic every 2 to 3 months.
