The ADD-Me Roster: a registry for those interested in brain health or Alzheimer's research

The goal of this registry is to create a list of individuals who are interested in and willing to be contacted about research studies on brain health, dementia prevention or slowing of dementia progression. This list will be shared with researchers at Duke and UNC who are conducting these studies.

  • 45 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

North Carolina (Statewide)

What will be asked of you

You will fill out a questionnaire about yourself and your research interests. You may also be asked to do an online cognitive evaluation.

Total length of participation:
2 years

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have a Mild Cognitive Impairment
  • You are cognitively normal with a parent or sibling with dementia
  • You have memory Loss
  • You have early Alzheimer's disease

Not eligible if:

  • None
