Petosemtamab Drug Study

In this study, we want to see if a new drug called petosemtamab is effective. The study is for patients who have head and neck cancer that has spread or come back and cannot be cured. We want to see if petosemtamab works better than the treatments doctors usually use.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

What will be asked of you

During study visits you will receive study drug and relevant blood work, questionnaires and other testing will be done.

Incentives

Stipend of up to 75/visit.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have incurable head and neck squamous cell
  • You have metastatic/recurrent head and neck squamous cell

Not eligible if:

  • You have any systemic anticancer therapy within 4 weeks of the first dose of study treatment
  • You have untreated or symptomatic central nervous system metastases, or require radiation, surgery, or continued steroid therapy to control symptoms within 14 days of study
  • Participation in an interventional clinical study with any investigational drug within 4 weeks prior to study entry, OR participation in any clinical study with petosemtamab
