The purpose of this study is to better understand how workers manage the various challenges and opportunities related to making work transitions.

What will be asked of you

Complete a short pre-interview survey. Conduct a remote interview with the research team that lasts approximately 60-90 minutes.

Looking for Healthy Volunteers

Able to participate:

You are or have undergone a significant career transition in the past 6month-1yr
You are 18 years or older
You are based in the United States
You are a knowledge worker
You have access to Zoom
