Leukemia Treatment Study

In this study, we want to see how well a new drug called Quizartinib works for people with Leukemia who do not have a specific mutation called FLT3-ITD. We want to see if this new drug helps improve the condition.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 70 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

What will be asked of you

The study involves questionnaires, urinalysis, blood samples, and bone marrow biopsy.

Total length of participation:
Maximum of 52 months

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have a new diagnosis of Leukemia
  • You have a good functioning Kidney
  • You have adequate functioning blood clotting

Not eligible if:

  • You had previous Chemotherapy or radiotherapy
  • You have uncontrolled Cardiovascular disease
  • You have an active systemic fungal, bacterial, or viral infection
  • You have active Liver Disease
  • You have uncontrolled Hypothyroidism
