Suicide Prevention Study

In this study, we want to find out if Caring Connections can help prevent suicide for Black youth and their caregivers. We hope this program can make a positive impact on their lives.

Age & Gender

  • 13 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Location

North Carolina (Statewide)

What will be asked of you

Participation includes four virtual assessments over 6 months for suicide risk assessments and surveys.

Incentives

Up to $80 in giftcards

Total length of participation:
6 months

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You identify as Black youth
  • You had thoughts about attempting suicide in the past 90 days

Not eligible if:

  • None
