FASCINATE-3

We are studying an investigational drug, denifanstat, to see if it will help in the treatment of liver inflammation and scarring (fibrosis) in adults diagnosed with noncirrhotic NASH (non-alcoholic steatohepatitis) MASH (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis).

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 75 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

United States (Nationwide)

What will be asked of you

At each visit, we will collect your vials and blood, perform an eye-exam, and ask you questions about your health since the last visit. You will be taking a medication orally each day. You may be asked to have a liver biopsy done if you have not had one previously and we'll take scans of your liver to monitor throughout the study.

  • You have been diagnosed with noncirrhotic non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH)

Not eligible if:

  • You have been diagnosed with noncirrhotic non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH)
