NETs Treatment Study

In this study, researchers want to find out the highest safe dose of a drug called [212Pb]VMT-α-NET that can be used to treat neuroendocrine tumors.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

What will be asked of you

You will receive the study drug in a span of 4 treatment cycles. For the first cycle, you will have safety visits weekly and subsequent cycles are bi weekly. During each cycle you will receive study drug, blood draws, and 2 safety evaluations.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have a neuroendocrine cancer that cannot be removed with surgery or has spread to other areas of the body
  • Other treatments have not worked to treat the neuroendocrine cancer besides radionuclide therapy

Not eligible if:

  • Your cancer has spread to your brain and requires treatment right now
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have another type of cancer that requires treatment right now, other than the neuroendocrine cancer
