Study of LY3537982 and Immunotherapy with or Without Chemotherapy for People with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The purpose of this study is to see if adding LY3537982 to standard cancer treatments works better than just using the standard treatments alone for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not yet been treated.

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

What will be asked of you

- Treatment will be given in a 21-day cycle. - You will take the investigational drug in pill form, twice a day. - You will be asked to keep a diary of your medication and health. - During visits, your vital signs will be checked. - You will also be asked about your physical well-being.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • Disease must have KRAS muation
  • Life expectancy of 12 weeks or greater
  • Ability to swallow pills

Not eligible if:

  • Prior therapy for cancer
  • Known central nervous system tumors
