BandPass: Using Technology To Improve Strength

Our research team has created a Bluetooth enabled resistance exercise band (BandPass) and a corresponding workout 'app' to help older adults' strength train at home. The purpose of this project is to test the likelihood that BandPass can be used by older adults, to test whether older adults will keep using the device to exercise during the study, and to test if older adults have improved strength at the end of the study.
