Feasibility, Acceptability, and Appropriateness of Oura Ring after ACL Reconstruction

The purpose of this pilot study is to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and appropriateness of the Oura ring to inform participants about their sleep. Additionally, we will determine the preliminary efficacy of using the Oura ring as a behavioral intervention tool to improve psychological responses and mental health symptoms
