Study of AUTX-007 for Leukemia

The purpose of the study is to find out is AUTX-007 an investigational drug, can help treat or cure cancer.

What will be asked of you

As apraticpant, here is what to expect: -You will have blood work and vital signs taken -You will have a bone marrow biopsy -You will have a physical exam -You will complete questionnaires

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • Diagnosis of Leukemia
  • Adequate liver function
  • Good cardiac function

Not eligible if:

  • Had previous Chemotherapy within the last 60 days
  • Condition requires systemic steroid therapy
  • Taking a proton pump inhibitor
  • Leukemia affecting the central nervous system
  • Severe active infection
