BEACON Cutaneous Sarcoidosis Trial

To see if taking a pill called Brepocitinib can help patients with cutaneous sarcoidosis

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 75 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

Location

North Carolina (Statewide)

What will be asked of you

At each visit, you will meet with a member of the study team and fill out questionnaires. The study also involves blood draws, physical exams, ECG, Chest x-ray, skin biopsy, willingness to provide medical history and use of medications, use of birth control method if applicable, and willingness to take the study medication as directed.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have been diagnosed with cutaneous sarcoidosis
  • You are 18-75 years old
  • Have had or willing to have a skin biopsy
  • You have a BMI <40 and weigh less than 286 lbs

Not eligible if:

  • Have a history of cancer in the last 5 years
  • Recipient of a solid organ transplant who is receiving immunosuppre
