Stepping rate in different environments

This study wants to see if adults who don't exercise much can walk at a steady speed (100 steps per minute) for 10 minutes on a treadmill, a sidewalk, and a nature trail. We also want to know how they feel and what mood they are in while walking. This study will help us find fun ways to encourage more people to be active.
